At ZeroBill, we respect your privacy and are committed to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains your right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under California law.
For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, “sell” and “share” are interpreted broadly and may include transferring personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, including certain types of advertising, lead generation, or marketing activities. Because ZeroBill’s business model involves collecting lead information through advertising and connecting that information with prospective buyers based on criteria you provide, some of our activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
You can exercise your rights using any of the methods below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Send us an email at info@zerobill.com with the subject line “CCPA Do Not Sell Request.”
Mail your request to:

The verification steps may vary depending on the nature of your request and the sensitivity of the information involved. We may ask you to provide information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or an authorized agent). If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require proof of the agent’s authorization and may request that you verify your identity directly with us before we fulfill the agent’s request.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within the time required by law (typically within 45 days). If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means you will not be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided a different level or quality of goods or services for opting out.
For more details about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
